10 Ways to Improve Your Appearance

It's time to revamp your appearance. If you're like some guys, you're sporting the same haircut you had 10 years ago. You may even be wearing the same T-shirt and blue jeans. Well, with some basic changes, you can really improve your overall appearance, and better achieve the look that works for you. Here are 10 simple ways to improve your appearance.

1) Take care of your skin. This is really not that difficult or time-consuming. If you prefer to stick with the basics, try a daily face wash for morning and night, a sunscreen for daytime, and a moisturizer for nighttime.

2) Get a haircut that suits your face shape. The next time you're at the barber, ask about face shape. You either have a square, round, diamond, triangle, heart, or oval shaped face. This may sound complicated, but it's not. Specific hair lengths and styles are conducive to each face shape. Cutting your hair to the right length, and styling it properly will enhance your look.

3) Buy clothes that fit you. Apparel that is too baggy or too tight doesn't do you any favors. For instance, women frown at this. The ladies like nice clothing, and they appreciate it when men wear clothes that actually fit. Naturally the clothes should be clean, but that goes without saying.

4) Address any razor bumps or acne. If you suffer from one or both of these, it is high-time you take action. There are topical treatments for acne and razor bumps. But, these tasty beverages will do a number on your skin, hair and overall appearance. Your body craves water, so you should make an effort to consume 5 to 10 glasses per day. If you do, you will notice that you feel better, look less fatigued, and have clearer, healthier skin.
